powers:
Faye is gifted with spell casting, potion making and all the basic powers of a witch. But being a Part of the Chamberlain Family she is adept at Elemental Magic.
• Fire Magic: She is very adept with Magic whose main focus is fire be it generating fire or amplifying an existing fire source. She can also generate warmth without the need for a fire source.
• Lightening Magic: She has been known to cause Thunder Storms when her magic was unbound. She can manipulate electrical currents to produce lightening but has a very difficult time controlling it. She dislikes that she had to ask for assistance in controlling this power namely from Diana and Cassie.
• Animal Communication: She is able to speak with feline animals which she uses to spy on people.
strengths:
- Tenacity: Faye holds on to her individuality and magic with a fierce tenacity. She does not like being grouped together if she doesn’t have to.
- Magic: She is very adept with certain Magic. She was also one of the first to come into their powers along with Diana.
- Potion Making: She has an exquisite understanding of herbs and potions thanks to Diana who was superior to Faye in potion making until Faye caught on.
- Sense of Self: Faye knows how she is, who she is and who she wants to be. She has no qualms with her less than amicable nature and personality, in her opinion that’s for other people to deal with not her. She enjoys who she is and won’t let people sway her.
- The Circle: She may crave independence but now that she has her solo magic again, her allegiance to her Circle is infallible. She may dislike certain members but that doesn’t mean she would turn another cheek if they were in need. She has each and every one of their backs yes even the ever-insufferable Cassie Blake.
weaknesses:
- Magic: Her taste for power will be her downfall if she is not careful. Her quest for more powers could be the end of her.
- Family: She loves her mother very much and would die should anything happen to the woman that birthed her
- Emotions: She keeps them far too bottled up. Her feelings about the lack of a father, the death of her grandfather and her break up with Jake are all very troubling topics for her. But she would never say it out loud. She is far to cool and demure to let anyone see her struggles.
- Boys: She is sucker for a brooding pretty face and a six-pack. She tends to like the bad boy types that can get her into loads of trouble. But then again she never found a boy she couldn’t handle in the end
- Luxury: She is a sucker for the finer things in life. She is a legitimatly spoiled brat. Her mother gives her what she wants when she wants. She no longer has to whine or complain about it. All she has to say is, “Mom I want this, can I have it?” and the answer on a normal day would be an invariable yes.

- Boys: She likes to have one on her arm just as much as she likes flying solo. For her boys are like tissue use once then throw away. But if she finds the right guy she latches on like no other.
- Music: She likes to play her Baby Grand from time to time. But she would drop dead before she let anyone know she was a part of the music nerd heard. After all, she has her veritable bad girl image to uphold.
- Magic: She loves magic. She relishes in the fact that she has her solo magic again. She uses every chance she gets be it to open a can of tuna to her locker to creating lovely bouts of rain. She cannot resist using her magic on her own because she missed it so much. She hated being weighed down by four other people and needing another person to simple spells. With her own magic again she has never felt more free in her entire life, its her ideal way of life. She rather be dead then forced to bind the circle again.
dislikes:
- Competition: Sure she doesn’t mind friendly competition now and again but if you cross her she will get you one way or another. She won’t always be nice about what she wants or if she feels threatened.
- Attitude: Even though her own could use a good check. She doesn’t like people coping an attitude with her or those close to her. She isn’t afraid to cut a person down to size if she has to, she would gladly cut someone down.
- The Word No: She doesn’t like taking no for an answer in fact she won’t. She will not be told she can’t do something.
history:
Faye was born of the Chamberlain Family. She was the pride and joy of Dawn and Thomas Chamberlain. They both loved her dearly but unfortunately, Faye was never able to meet her father because he was on of the teenagers who died in the boatyard accident of 1979.
Although her father died her grandfather became a very big part of her life to her mother’s dismay. Her mother was one of the reasons why the boatyard accident occurred and was stripped of her magic by her Father In Law along with the rest of the Elders.
She became romantically involved with Jake Armstrong, which ended poorly after his parents died and his departure. So much so that she came very close to being checked into a mental Facility. She then came into her powers at the same time as her acquaintance of the time Diana Meade that caused her to refocus her emotions into mastering her craft. She and Diana were the first ones to come into the craft and master it well.
Cassie came to live in Chance Harbor; Faye immediately became rivals and frenemies. Especially when Faye was unable to control the Thunder Storm she created after binding the Circle. She was thoroughly upset because she believed it was Cassie’s arrival that ruined her fun and her solo magic. She came to dislike Cassie more when Jake returned and took a liking to Cassie rather than her. She was thoroughly distraught at the death of Nick a long time member of their Circle and her grandfather. She does not know that her mother was the one behind his death.
Faye began an affair with a Voodoo Priest named Lee, which fell short because his ex girlfriend came back from a long-term coma. She was imbued with some of Faye’s magic and accidentally killed Lee. During her short run with Lee she was introduced to Callum a dealer of Devil’s spirit a drug that alters ones consciousness. She quit using when her friend Melissa over dosed on the substance.
All of these issues took place while they were in a prolonged battle with Witch Hunters that followed Jake. The Leader of the Hunters found a nest of demons and took them into him so he might have more strength to kill the Circle. In a battle with the hunters Faye was kidnapped. While in captivity Faye was unaware that the Circle was unbound until she found she could use solo magic to escape the Hunters and find Melissa and Jake coming to her rescue. But with the combined help of the Circle and a few family crystals were able to defeat the Hunters.
The return of Cassie’s father made everyone uneasy. He wanted them to find all the family crystals to create a Skull to defeat the Hunters and Eben. They were tricked because Cassie’s father, John simply wanted to eradicate the other members of the circle besides his daughters Diana and Cassie. He wanted to create a Circle of Balcoin Children that he could control. Fortunately, Cassie and Diana were able to stop and kill their father and save the Circle. The downfall of the event was that in creating the Skull the Circle was unbound.
Currently, Faye is finishing off her last year of High School and enjoying her unbound solo magic as best she can.

She sat there fiddling with all the ingredients in the abandoned house. She relished in the memories she had with the Circle. She would not be caught dead being nostalgic which was why she was at the house alone. She really did miss how unified the Circle was when they were bound but she did not miss having to do magic with a partner. “Why can’t we have it both ways? We’re all so distant. I do not like this one bit.” Faye murmured to herself.
She absentmindedly begins to brew a simple draught to calm her nerves. She began to think to herself, “If I didn’t know any better I’m becoming and nervous and cautious as Diana. What is this world coming too? What do I care about the Circle its practically fallen a part!” She put down her pestle beside the mortar and said aloud, “I do, I do care a lot. And something has to be done. With Diana gone I’m the most senior member of the coven. Its up to me now to bring us together again.”
And just as she finished that thought she heard a rustle from above. She picked up an athame from her purse and slowly ascended the stairs and shouted, “Who’s there! Show yourself!”
